Karê raisu (curry rice) - カ レ ー ラ イ ス

Ingredients :
For 4 people
- 400g of meat 
- 2 onions 
- 3 carrots
- 2 or 3 potatoes
- 2 blocks of Japanese curry (available in store)
- 1 knob of butter
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- water
- rice

Preperation :
- Peel and slice the onions, fry them in a pan / pot until they become transparent.
- Cut the meat into cubes, add it to the pan to cook it.
- Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes, add them to the pan.
- Add hot water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, prepare the curry sauce. Melt the butter, add the flour, then 2 blocks of curry. Mix until you get a paste.
- Incorporate the curry in your preparation and mix so that the curry is diluted in the water.
- Simmer 5-10 minutes and cook your rice.
