Chicken ramen - ラ ー メ ン
Ingredients :
For 4 people
- 120g of ramen noodles
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 carrots
- 3 leeks
- 10 cl of soy sauce
- 1.5L of water
- 2 cubed chicken broth (preparation of dashi)
Optional ingredients: corn, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, bamboo shoots, hard-boiled egg, nori sheet, narutomaki.
Preperation :
- Prepare the dashi: heat your water and add the stock cubes, then the soy sauce. Boil the water.
- Add a pinch of salt and cook the ramen noodles in the preparation for about 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile cut the chicken into strips.
- Wash the leeks and carrots and cut them into thin strips.
- Cook the vegetables in another pot of boiling water. Also cook the meat.
- When the noodles are cooked, drain them and place them in the bowls.
- Pour broth over it.
- Add the chicken pieces on the noodles, then place the vegetables. Decorate your ramen by placing a sheet of nori on the rim of the bowl.
You can customize your recipe using pork, grilled chicken, hard-boiled eggs, narutomaki, or other vegetables of your choice.
