Takoyaki (octopus fritters) - たこ焼

Ingredients : 
For 4 people (16 takoyaki)
- 1 egg
- 20 mL of milk
- 300 mL of water
- 100g of flour 
- octopus
- ao nori (seaweed in flakes)
- chive
- katsuobushi shavings (dried bonito)
- 1 sachet of dashi powder (broth)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- oil, salt
You will need a takoyaki maker and spades

Preperation : 
- Cut the octopus into cubes and boil it in a saucepan of water to cook it.
- Cut the chives.
- In a salad bowl, mix the water, milk, egg, dashi, salt and soy sauce. 
- Add the sifted flour and mix to obtain a fluid dough.
- Once the dough is ready, oil the molds and fill them 3/4 with the preparation.
- Add a few pieces of octopus and chives, cover with a little dough.
- As soon as the balls start to harden, turn them regularly with the help of a spade, so that they cook well everywhere and to give them a very round shape.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, add the ao nori and the dried bonito shavings on top. 
It is advisable to eat them with okonomiyaki sauce or mayonnaise.
